Susie possesses three decades of experience in the technical staffing industry spanning various roles. She began as a recruiter and worked her way into servicing, sales, and management. She is now a partner at Sirius, the leading woman-owned Workforce Solutions company in the Gulf Coast. She is the President of the Mobile chapter of SHRM and a mentor to young professionals across the region.

Kym in an experienced account manager with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. She is skilled in advertising, sales, sales management, event management, and team building.
